TOUR BY DAY

1 day:

We will meet you at the airport in Almaty and head straight to the Turgen Gorge, which is located 87 km from the city. Along the way we will visit the Issyk burial mounds, where the famous “Golden Man” was found. There you will learn a lot of new and interesting things about the history of Central Asia in ancient times. In the Turgen Gorge we will visit the Bear Waterfall, and after that we will head to glamping, which is located on the banks of the Turgen River. Glamping will be our first home during the trip. Depending on the time of your arrival, it is possible to conduct a small city tour of Almaty.

Day 2:

On the second day we go to one of the most mystical places of Mangystau - the valley of the Torysh balls. On the second day our path lies through the high-mountain plateau of Asy (2200-2800m above sea level), which consists of alpine meadows. There you will see the Asy-Turgen astrophysical observatory. Afterwards we will show you our exclusive location with ancient rock paintings that have not yet been studied by anyone. At the end of the Asy plateau, we will find ourselves in the Red Rocks tract. In the second part of the day, we will visit the Bartogay reservoir, as well as the panorama of the Black Rocks canyon, whose height is 300 meters. Our second home will be a recreation center near the hot springs.

Day 3:

On the third day, you will have until noon to enjoy the hot springs. Afterwards our path lies through the beautiful Ketmen mountain pass (3050m above sea level). Towards evening we will reach Lake Tuzkol and set up a tent camp there. Lake Tuzkol is famous for its view, which opens early in the morning in clear weather. From the lake you can capture the highest peaks of the Kazakhstan Tien Shan: Khan Tengri Peak (7010m), Pobeda Peak (7349m), Marble Wall Peak with a negative slope angle (6144m) and others.

Day 4:

On the fourth day you will visit the high mountain valley of Tekes (2200m above sea level). This valley never leaves anyone indifferent, so the journey through Kazakhstan comes to an end at the Tekes Valley. Afterwards we will cross the border between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan and by evening we will find ourselves in the city of Karakol. There we will stay at a local hotel.

Day 5:

On the fifth day, we will head to the Jety-Oguz valley, where we will see the famous “Broken Heart” and “Seven Bulls” rocks, the Jety-Oguz cave, as well as the “Maiden’s Tears” waterfall. In the second part of the day you will visit the Barskoun gorge, which is famous for its three waterfalls: “Splash of Champagne”, “Aksakal’s Beard” and “Tears of a Snow Leopard”. And by evening we will find ourselves on the beach of Lake Issyk-Kul, where we will set up a tent camp and spend the night.

Day 6:

On the sixth day you will have until noon to swim and sunbathe. Afterwards we will go to the Tamga gorge, where there are stones with ancient Buddhist engravings. Afterwards you will visit the Fairytale canyon with its Martian landscapes. And at the end of the day, we will arrive in the village of Bokonbaeva, where we will stay at a local guest house. There the hostess will give you a master class on making traditional felt carpets.

Day 7:

On the seventh day you will visit the famous “Chan-Tuz” salt caves, and after that we head to the high-mountain lake Son Kul. Along the way we will overcome the “33 Parrots” pass with a waterfall at its top. At Son Kul Lake we will spend the night in a heated yurt camp and spend our last night in Kyrgyzstan under the starry sky.

Day 8:

On the last day of our trip, we are heading to the capital of Kyrgyzstan - the city of Bishkek. Along the way we will visit the Burana Tower, which is an important historical and architectural monument of Central Asia. By evening we will deliver you to the airport in Bishkek - Manas.
