About 300 kilometers from the city of Almaty there is a unique place not yet visited by tourists - the Valley of a Hundred Moraine Lakes. Our tour gives you the opportunity for 3 days to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the wild and untouched nature of the Northern Tien Shan.

On the way to the Kensu gorge, along which lies the road to the valley of a hundred moraine lakes, we, moving along the bottom of the ancient sea - the Sogety valley, will overcome the Kokpek and Alasa passes, see the amazing volcanic mountains Toraigyr (from Kazakh wild stallion) and Boguty, and also stop for a snack near the Kurtogai canyon (Black Rocks).

Having reached the Kensu River, we will continue moving along the picturesque gorge of the same name. At an altitude of 1700-2500 meters above sea level, a zone of dense spruce forest begins with cozy meadows near a mountain river, where we will spend the night.

On the second day we will get up early and go to the valley of one hundred moraine lakes at an altitude of 3200 m above sea level. Usually, the path to the moraine involves walking, but here it is possible to get there in a prepared SUV. However, there is space for walking there, and the goal is worthwhile. We will climb to a mountain ridge with a height of 3600m above sea level, from which we can directly see all the moraine lakes from a bird's eye view, as well as Lake Issyk-Kul and the highest peaks of the Tien Shan, including the “Lord of the Sky” - Khan Tengri Peak, Pobeda Peak, Marble Wall Peak, Bayan Kol Peak, etc.

On the third day we head back and, as a final touch, we will visit the unique and beautiful Bestobe Reservoir, where we will stop for a snack and photographs. Next, the road leads us back to Almaty, and along the way we will stop at the black Aktogay canyon.
